Sound Evolution Delivery Service

Place your order with us and we will deliver your goods direct to your front door. Sound Evolution has access to a vast amount of branded products that we aim to process and deliver at lightening speed.

Our mission is to deliver products to your door within 24 hours (subject to courier services see terms and conditions).

We use Interlink Express for all shipment leaving the Sound Evolution Headquarters.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the shipping area and weight of the order and are inclusive of VAT. Please use our shipping table below to give examples of your shipping charges. The shipping table is based on standard delivery service to UK Mainland. *Subject to terms & conditions.

Above prices apply to UK mainland only. For all addresses outside of this area including Offshore UK addresses, please contact us directly for a personal shipping quote.

What are the types of delivery and the despatch times?
Normal despatch times are within 3 working days of receiving your order for all in-stock items. If an item is unavailable at the time you place your order, we will email you immediately with a delivery time to let you know how soon you will receive your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, we will then arrange to either recalculate or refund your costs. 

Special delivery services, such as next day delivery and Saturday delivery are available for delivering your in car entertainment equipment even sooner. Please contact us if you require one of these services.

Who can sign for delivery?
Where a signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery.

What happens if I am not in?
Our delivery service requires you to be at home or make arrangements to receive delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called.
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.

Is my order confirmed?

Once an order has been made, you will receive notification by email that your order has been received. Please be aware that this may automatically be filtered into your junk mail box depending on your email settings. Please check your junk mail box if you have not received a notification from us.

You will further receive an email confirming that the payment has been accepted and the order is now confirmed. If you have not received an email of confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us so that we may resolve any pending issues.

Sound Evolution Returns Policies (Distance Selling Regulations 2000)

Returns

You may return items to us within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. Please include the original invoice sent with the item or the online order number/ order id. Once received, an exchange or full refund will be given minus any relevant delivery charges. If the item included FREE POSTAGE, an exchange or full refund will be given minus a delivery charge of up to £7.00. Some items may be subject to exception (see further).

In the unlikely event that the product is defective on arrival to you, you will receive an exchange or full refund including delivery charges once the defect has been confirmed by our service team.

Any items returned after 7 days but within 28 days will be exchanged or refunded minus a 25% handling fee and any delivery costs.

Any items returned must be in original condition. Any items that are damaged including damage to the item itself, the outer packaging, removal of outer wrapping, or damage to the inner box, instructions manuals or inner wrapping will be subject to a handling charge dependant on the extent of the damage. If an item appears to have been damaged in transit to you, please make sure that you do not sign for it.

All CDs, DVDs or Software stored on any other media device, that are sold cannot be refunded unless they have been kept in original condition completely and indisputably unopened or used. Any returned items of this nature that appear to be used or opened will be redelivered to you at your expense.

Faulty Items

Any item returned faulty within 14 days of the original purchase will be exchanged and redelivered free of charge.

Any item returned faulty after 14 days of the original purchase will be repaired under warranty and redelivered free of charge, although initial return will be at your expense. A return id will be provided to you. Please allow 2-6 weeks for warranty repairs to be carried out.

Any item returned with damages exceeding that covered by warranty will be returned at your request with any relevant delivery charges payable by you.

Any item returned as faulty but proven to be operational will be subject to a 5% handling charge and any relevant delivery charges. Please make sure that items have been thoroughly checked for legitimate faults before committing to returning them.

The majority of items on the Sound Evolution website are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. The items exempt of this can be found below. Subwoofers and other speakers are not covered for burnt voice-coils or tinsel leads due to distortion, overheating or abuse. Damaged caused by accidents (e.g dropping an item) is not covered. There is no cover for theft of an item.
